Reggie Waller is the founder and President of RWJ Consulting Group, LLC, a consulting and coaching practice, providing services to individuals, executives, entrepreneurs, and corporations.  He has worked for various Fortune 500 companies (healthcare and financial services) over the past 14 years.  His professionalism and quality of work has earned him several awards for "Outstanding Customer Service”.

Reggie strives to motivate others and to make a difference in the lives of young people and his surrounding community.  He strives to instill a “can do” attitude within his protégés and peers. With distinct recognition from the President of the United States, Mr. George W. Bush, Reggie received the prestigious “President’s Call to Service Award” for his outstanding civic service in May of 2006.
